Fioretto®

Fioretto® is a long-stemmed cauliflower with a sweet and crunchy taste.
It is a new type of cauliflower with long inflorescences with easily separable stems, with a tender texture and a much sweeter aroma than the traditional white cauliflower.
This cauliflower is an excellent proposal for an “Easy to cook” (ready to eat) use of cauliflower.

How it is grown

Curiosity

“The name Fioretto comes from the characteristic” foliage” and from the long stems that recall a bouquet of freshly picked flowers.”

The
recipes

It is excellent to be eaten both raw and cooked: super tasty just boiled in the microwave or stir-fried.
It is entirely edible with very few wastes.

Growing tips

It is important to use a draining soil to avoid the risk of water stagnation.
Fioretto® requires an average temperature of no less than 15 degrees for correct development, therefore the autumn-winter period is not the best time for growing except in the southern territories.
