How to sow
Concerning the cultivation, we can consider the standard guidelines for cauliflowers with some changes, such as the sowing density per hectare: 45’000 seeds per hectare for Fioretto instead of 20-22’000 seeds for normal cauliflower.

How to grow
It is important to use a draining soil to avoid risky water stagnation.
Fioretto® requires an average temperature of no less than 15 degrees for a correct development, so the autumn-winter period is not recommended for the cultivation except in the territories of the south.
When to harvest
The Fioretto® harvest will take place when the stem is 15-20 centimeters.
The main feature of this product is the white flowers in contrast to the shiny green stem.
